Dear Mr Zhilian,
We received a new SLCO ( Saudi Light Crude Oil) offer from the seller.
We hereby confirm and on behalf of our partner ARAMCO , that we are ready, willing and able to supply you SLCO - Saudi Light Crude Oil, agreement in according to the terms and conditions stated below.
The main points of the offer are:
1. Commodity: Saudi Light Crude Oil (SLCO) （ 商品：沙特轻原油）
2. Origin: Saudi Arabia （ 原产地：沙特阿拉伯）
3. Specifications: as per attached doc. （ 技术指标：见附件）
4. Quantity: 30,000,000 barrels per month （数量：每月3千万桶）
5. Delivery is FOB Ras Tanura ( Arabian Gulf- East Coast)
（ 交付：FOB 阿拉伯湾东岸 Ras Tanura 港 ）
6. Duration of contract: 60 months （合同期：60个月）
7. Discounts: Gross US$ 9.00 per barrel; Net US$ 6.00per barrel
